Processing Time
Boost Industries processes all orders within approximately 1 to 2 business days, provided there are no problems with payment verification. Boost does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Shipping Method
Boost Industries ships all orders in Canada via Canada Post. In the event that delivery with Canada Post is not available due to a work stoppage or strike, Boost will ship all orders via Federal Express. In continental United States Boost Industries uses UPS Ground; Boost Industries reserves all rights to use an alternate carrier if necessary.
Shipping Origin
Boost Industries (with a few exceptions) ships all Canadian orders from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada. For selective products shipping within the United States Boost Industries uses a third party fulfillment facility in New York State.
USA Shipping
Boost Industries ships orders to customers located in the contiguous United States. For customers located in Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us in advance for shipping inquiries.
While Boost Industries makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible, please be advised that US customs processing may occasionally delay shipments which is beyond our control. Boost includes the correct costs on all paperwork traveling over the border and therefore maintains no responsibility for any fees that may be charged by US customs. These fees, if any are not included in the advertised price provided by us.
International Shipping
Boost Industries does not fulfill international orders outside of Canada or the contiguous United States on our website.
Handling Charges
Boost Industries does not charge any handling fees for shipments in Canada or in the contiguous United States.
Weekend and Holiday Delivery
Boost Industries does not process orders during weekends or holidays. We do our very best to ship all orders on the next business day. (Canada Post is our carrier of choice. For some locations in Canada, Canada Post is now offering weekend deliveries during the holiday season.)
Delivery of Multiple Items
Boost Industries will attempt to ship multiple items purchased on the same order in one box but we may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. There will be no additional shipping charges added for orders that must be shipped in multiple boxes.
Delivery
Canada Post will make 1 attempt to deliver your package to your door. If no one is available to receive the package, a pick-up notice will be left at your door or mail box to notify of the location of the postal office to pick-up the package. You have up to 10 days to pick-up your package from the postal station after the first attempt. If after 10 days the package is still left unclaimed at the postal office, Canada Post will ship the unclaimed package back to us.
Federal Express will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your package to your door. If no one is available to receive the package, a pick-up notice will be left at your door or mail box to notify of the location of the Federal Express office to pick-up the package.
UPS will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package to your door. If no one is available to receive the package, a pick-up notice will be left at your door or mail box to notify of the location of the UPS pick-up location.
Privacy & Security
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pick up the package from the postal station or Federal Express or UPS office within the holding period. In the case where the package is left unclaimed and is shipped back to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, and may be charged the returned shipping costs charged to Boost Industries.
Information Collection and Use
Boost Industries and its parent and affiliates is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. Boost Industries is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers.
Registration
In order to process your orders on this website, you must either log on as a guest or complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to create a username and password and provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important Boost Industries services such as automated order status updates via email. If you choose to log on as a guest, a username and password is not required.
Orders
Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number and expiration date. Payment for orders can also be paid using PayPal. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. We do not share your personal information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
Security
Boost Industries takes precautions to protect its customers’ information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive information, that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software. Boost uses a 128/256-bit Positive SSL certificate.
Access to all of users’ information is restricted. Boost Industries operates in a secured and locked facility. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with an alarm system. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Testimonials
The testimonials section of the Boost Industries website is for the purpose of rating individual products. The testimonials section is moderated to ensure accurate testimonials. Published testimonials are genuine and are not edited or altered by Boost. We reserve the right to post or remove any testimonial at our discretion.
By posting your comment or testimonial on our website, you give us permission to reprint or use the testimonial in connection with our business. You are also agreeing to the following:

Returns & Exchanges (30 days)
At Boost Industries we’ll happily accept returns or provide an exchange for any regular-priced items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply*.
Refund Policy
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must inform Boost of any order discrepancy within 30 days from the delivery date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. Once the merchandise has been returned, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
*Christmas / Holiday Season Return Policy
Items purchased between November 15th and December 24th, may be returned until January 15th of the following year for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
Product Return Procedure
Boost Industries will not accept returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, within which time returned products must be received by Boost Industries. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label containing the returned product.
The Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. The Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Boost’s Return Procedure will be breached and Boost Industries may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the Customer for replacement of the missing component(s). Unless the product is DOA, Boost will not refund the original shipping charges to the Customer.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy
Boost Industries will gladly replace any item that arrives DOA (arrives defective, broken or dead on arrival). If the product is found to be defective, you must let us know within 30 days from the date that you received your item. If a direct replacement is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a replacement of equal or greater value or issue a full refund. Will absorb all related shipping expenses for DOA item(s).
Damaged Products
Boost Industries will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged. If the product is found to be damaged, you must let us know immediately so a claim can be filed. Pictures of the damaged product will be required in advance prior to the replacement item being shipped. If a direct replacement is not available, we reserve the right to offer you a replacement of equal or greater value or issue a full refund.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will apply if a product is returned in poor and/or damaged condition, without the original packaging or accessories. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Boost does not issue refunds after 30 days from the delivery date.
Warranty & Support
Purchases of Boost product should be made from authorized sites. We cannot ensure such an experience at other sites and, if the product is altered in any way, it will void the warranty. Products purchased from an unauthorized dealers do not qualify for warranty coverage. To confirm authorized dealers please call Boost Industries at 1-888-659-6421.
What the Warranty Covers:
Boost warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the product’s Warranty Period. The Warranty Period starts on the original purchase date of the product.
What the Period of Coverage Is:
This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and not to any subsequent owner. If still owned by the original purchaser, all Boost Premium products are covered by a limited product warranty from the original purchase date of the product. Unless otherwise stated, all Boost products, including all metal, all wood (MDF) and all motorized and/or automated products are cover for 1 year.
How to Get Warranty Service:
For warranty claims made during the Warranty Period, Boost will replace any defective product part free of charge. Call Boost Industries at 1-888-659-6421 to submit a claim; once we confirm the product is under warranty we will ship replacement parts at no cost to you. This limited warranty does not cover the costs of removing and replacing defective parts from you Boost product.
Additional Limits on the Warranty:
The Limited Warranty is automatically void if your Boost Premium product is modified in any way, improperly installed, taxed beyond its stated weight capacity or otherwise misused or abused.
Product Listings/Revisions
Boost Industries strives for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other factors, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links or any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Boost shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.

Back-Orders

Updating Account Information
In order to update your account information (password, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping address), you must first log on to this website using the same username and password that you created during the registration process. There is no option to update your account information if you previously logged on as a guest.
It is important to ensure that you have provided a complete and correct shipping address when placing your order. In the event there is an unsuccessful delivery due to the incorrect shipping address being provided, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred for the delivery, as well as the shipping cost charged to Boost Industries by the carrier for the return delivery.
Please note that while we try our best to catch errors in delivery addresses before the package is shipped, neither Canada Post nor Boost Industries is responsible for correcting an incorrect delivery address and it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address provided is correct and deliverable by Canada Post.
Boost Industries reserves the right to review and adjust the shipping charge for an order, should an incorrect address be provided during order check out.
